Whom do you trust?

Founder of The Mindful Moment, Dr. Alexandra Domelle shares how to strengthen your relationship with trust

"Listen to your soul. It always speaks the truth." - Alexandra Domelle

To trust is to feel safe.

To trust is to let your guard down.

To trust is to let go.

Trust is like Love.

Unconditional.

You either trust something or someone. Or you don’t.

There are no strings attached.

There are no conditions.

There are no ifs, buts and maybes.

To trust is to surrender completely.

To trust is to be vulnerable.

To trust is to open yourself up to All That Is.

Regardless of the journey.

Regardless of the outcome.

Regardless of what happens.

Sometimes you confuse trust with expectations.

Trusting something or someone does not mean that things will always go your way.

It does not mean that things will always be the way you want them to be.

It does not mean that things will always turn out how you planned them.

With expectations, you are still holding onto a level of control.

With trust, there is no holding on.

With trust, it’s about letting go.

Letting go of control.

Letting go completely.

Surrendering.

With the innate knowledge that no matter what happens, you are safe.

You are protected.

You are loved.

Trust is not something outside you.

Trust is not about other people, situations and relationships.

Trust is about you.

Do you trust yourself?

When you trust the Universe, you trust Source.

When you trust Source, you trust yourself.

Trust does not require you to do anything.

It does not require any elaborate ritual.

It does not need any pilgrimage.

It does not ask you to be anything you are not.

Trust simply asks for you to Be. Just Be.

Be present.

Be here.

Now.

Trust in this moment. #PresentMomentReminder

Know that all is well.

No matter who you are, what you have done, what you are going through.

Trust. Believe. Breathe. #TheMindfulMoment
